My Mission
My personal spiritual mission in life is as follows: I propagate loving warmth, safety, and comfort while holding space for others as they find their own return to the sacred living earth.
My mission with Spirit Bee Wellness is a little more nuanced: I create a safe space for the expression of others' truth and personal healing journey.
Moving Forward in Integrity
It is my intention that I move forward in a way which is authentic and full of loving integrity. For this reason I think it should be made very clear what Spirit Bee Wellness is NOT.
Spirit Bee Wellness is not (yet) certified in Life Coaching, is not certified in Grief Counseling, and does not practice Faith Healing. Spirit Bee Wellness also cannot offer Trauma Psychotherapy, although SBW does offer a Trauma sensitive approach to our healing work. The Goal is to someday have formal training in the areas of health and wellness coaching, but that is not something which can be offered at this time. I can, however, work to put you in contact with others who do specialize in those areas so you are fully supported in the processes you are experiencing.
Spirit Bee Wellness is here to offer complementary healing modalities to your overall healing journey- in whatever way that may look for you.
Your Spirit Guided Healing Practitioner
Amanda Lindquist
I have lived a very full life so far filled with a variety of professional, personal, and spiritual experiences: Manager of a grocery store, Veteran of Afghanistan, Pulmonary nurse, Trauma/Surgical ICU nurse, stay at home mom, Master Gardener, founder and president of a Garden Club, founder of a 26 bed community garden, garden teacher to children and adults, then back to Nursing as a Palliative Care nurse, and now current Hospice RN case Manager, and don't forget to sprinkle in the wonderful fairy dust of Shamanic Reiki Master, and End of Life Doula. Oh yeah, I forgot, I'm also ordained through the ULC.
I enrolled in Shamanic Reiki at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in 2019. The program did so much for me on a personal level; I experienced healing of hurts I didn't realize I had been carrying. I also discovered my mission in life. Since completion of that course, I have spent more time consciously working with Spirit, I have spent time learning more about core shamanism, and I have spent much time grounding and growing in myself and in my intuition.
I have very recently committed fully to stepping on a path with a group of likeminded others as my personal support and family. It's a path of connection to spirit, a path of integrating my own traumas, a path of supporting others and walking in service to others.
As part of that path, I want to return to working with people one on one, helping them find healing in their lives. I want to bridge the gap between science and spirit. What I'm offering is not a replacement of modern medicine, but I hope a beautiful complement to it.
