Sweet clover grows in the meadows of South Dakota where the mountain air is clean and the clover is watered by rain. Happy bees collect the pollen here to make the lightest mildest most deliciously fresh honey.
RAW
Un-denatured and freshly spun from the honeycomb in August 2023, this honey has all its pollen, enzymes and natural goodness that makes it one of the most powerful antioxidants and healthy natural foods you can put in your body.
PURE
We don't add anything to our honey. It's straight from the hive to your bottle. Others heat theirs, add sugar, corn syrup, water and other fillers. We would never! Ours is just bee crafted.
EXTRA WHITE
Honey gets its color from the type of pollen collected by the bees. Sweet clover grows wild in South Dakota and every 5-7 years there is a bumper crop of sweet clover that takes over the whole area. In 2023, there was so much clover that the honey is classified as Extra White . A Rarity color given to only the purest of honey. Honey at the grocery store is usually amber or dark amber. It's a vintage year for sweet clover honey which is why we put 2023 on the label.
